oh also, it kind of goes without saying, but it shouldn't... thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who spent long days and cold nights campaigning for no on 8. it means so much to me that so many people i know are so insanely awesome. everytime i saw someone with a no on 8 sign standing out there, pumping their fists, i got so choked up and felt such warmth. thank you. it was not in vain. promise. things will turn around. |

ok 2nd try with correct picture
so if you have any love for me, this is the one show i must bug you all to go to.  this is the first show i've ever personally set up at 12 galaxies, and they really care how many people show up. it's labor day weekend on a sunday night, and all of these bands are so, so good. woman is from nyc and are trash can loud swampy rock music. and jail weddings is from la, and is a 9-piece doo-wop band for fuck's sake! it's bound to be a great night, and i would looooove to see any of you that i can. i'll even give you a big sappy hug. thank you in advance!!!
